Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Sales Manager with 10+ years of experience in technology sales leadership, specifically within the cloud computing industry (IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS). This role involves leading and motivating a specialized sales team to aggressively drive cloud service revenue, managing a complex sales pipeline, and formulating strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the cloud landscape and be adept at value-selling methodologies to achieve challenging revenue and consumption targets.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize cloud revenue and market share.
- Team Management : Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Cloud Account Managers.
- Performance Accountability : Monitor sales performance against key metrics (ARR, consumption, pipeline health) and report progress to senior management.
- Key Account Engagement : Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic clients and channel partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Cloud Solution Architects and Product Teams to align technical offerings with market demand.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.Work Experience : 10+ years of proven experience in sales management, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets, specifically in Cloud Computing Services (IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS) or complex IT infrastructure sales.Certification / License : Google Cloud Related Certificates and license.Seniority Level
