Overview
A global manufacturer of advanced infrastructure technologies is expanding its footprint in the data center space across the Middle East & Africa. We are looking for a Sales Manager (Data Center) to lead growth efforts focused on liquid cooling solutions and critical infrastructure components. Products : Flow Control, HVAC, Valves, Sensors. Coverage : Middle East and Africa (MEA). Base Location : Riyadh, KSA.
Responsibilities
- Drive business development across hyperscalers, colocation providers, EPCs, and OEMs.
- Manage key accounts and build long-term strategic relationships.
- Present and integrate technical solutions into customer infrastructure designs.
- Build and manage a network of distributors and channel partners.
- Lead complex contract negotiations and secure profitable agreements.
- Represent the company at major industry events to enhance visibility and generate leads.
- Provide market insights to internal teams on trends, pricing, and competition.
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for the region.
Requirements
8+ years of B2B sales experience in the data center industry.Strong technical understanding of cooling systems (CRAC / CRAH, liquid cooling).Proven success in managing long sales cycles and high-value deals.Experience working with hyperscalers, colocation providers, EPCs, or OEMs in the MEA region.Familiarity with channel management and distributor networks.Ability to work independently and travel extensively (up to 50%) across the region.Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.Application
