Job Summary :

We are seekingan experienced and proactive Risk Manager to join our team. TheRisk Manager will be responsible for identifying assessing andmitigating risks associated with our projects and operations. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in risk managementprinciples and practices excellent analytical skills and theability to work collaboratively with crossfunctionalteams.

KeyResponsibilities :

RiskIdentification andAssessment :

Develop andimplement risk management frameworks andprocesses.

Identify potential risks related toproject execution operational activities financial management andcompliance.
Conduct risk assessments includingqualitative and quantitativeanalysis.

RiskMitigation :

Developrisk mitigation strategies and actionplans.

Monitor the effectiveness of riskmitigation measures and adjust asnecessary.

Ensure that all risk managementactivities are aligned with organizational goals andobjectives.

ReportingandDocumentation :

Prepareand present risk reports to senior management andstakeholders.

Maintain comprehensive riskregisters and ensure accurate documentation of all riskrelatedactivities.

Track and report on risk metricsand key performance indicators(KPIs).

Collaborationand Communication :

Workclosely with project managers financial analysts complianceofficers and other stakeholders to integrate risk management intotheir respective areas.

Facilitate riskworkshops and training sessions to promote a riskaware culturewithin the organization.

Communicate riskmanagement policies and procedures to all relevantparties.

ContinuousImprovement :

Staycurrent with industry trends regulatory changes and best practicesin risk management.

Recommend and implementimprovements to risk management policies andprocedures.

Foster a culture of continuousimprovement and proactive riskmanagement.

Qualifications : Education :

Bachelorsdegree in Risk Management Finance Business Administration or arelated field.

Professional certifications(e.g. CRM FRM PRM PMP) arepreferred.

Experience :

Minimumof 1015 years of experience in risk management preferably withinthe construction engineering or financialsectors.

Proven track record of successfullymanaging risks in complex projects oroperations.

Skills :

Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.

Proficiency in risk management softwareand tools.

Excellent communication andpresentation skills.

Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a teamenvironment.

Attention to detail and a highlevel of accuracy inwork.

PersonalAttributes :

Proactiveand selfmotivated.

Strong organizational andtime management skills.

Ability to handlemultiple tasks and prioritizeeffectively.
