Endpoint Management VDI Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Endpoint Management Expert to manage, maintain, and optimize our virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and device management ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with VMware Horizon, VMware Workspace ONE, and associated tools to ensure a seamless and secure user experience across endpoints. This role is critical in supporting our enterprise IT strategy, enhancing user productivity, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities :

• VMware Horizon VDI Management :

oDesign, deploy, and maintain VMware Horizon infrastructure to support virtual desktops and applications.

oOptimize VDI performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.

oCollaborate with application teams to ensure compatibility and performance within the VDI environment.

oConfigure and manage VMware Workspace ONE for unified endpoint management.

oOversee enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle management of mobile and desktop devices.

oImplement security policies and compliance standards across all endpoints.

oProvide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of endpoint-related issues.

oPerform system updates, patches, and upgrades for VMware Horizon and Workspace ONE environments.

oMonitor system health and performance using appropriate tools and technologies.

oDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design diagrams, procedures, and support guides.

oEnsure adherence to ITIL best practices and corporate security standards.

oWork closely with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align endpoint management strategies with business goals.

oProvide training and support to IT staff and end-users on VDI and device management solutions.
