We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to lead our commercial growth in the GCC region.
This role focuses on expanding our presence among High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals and inspiring them to discover and stay at our collection of properties worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy to grow market share from the GCC region.
- Leverage an established network of HNW / UHNW individuals, family offices, luxury travel advisors, and key influencers to drive new business.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with discerning clients, ensuring exceptional personal service and brand advocacy.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to design bespoke experiences that resonate with the GCC luxury traveler.
- Represent the brand at high-profile industry events, luxury forums, and client engagements across the region.
- Prospect and qualify new outbound opportunities across travel advisors, OTAs, wholesale, DMCs, and corporate segments.
- Act as a market ambassador, providing insights into luxury travel trends and competitive dynamics.
- Represent Aman at tradeshows and sales missions with compelling sales presentations and property updates.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates within CRM systems to maintain visibility of pipeline, sales activity, and partner engagement.
- Collaborate with global sales teams to share best practices and improve reporting, campaigns, and field tools.
Requirements
10+ years proven track record in luxury hospitality, private client sales, or related luxury sectors, including 3–5 years in regional or global sales.Strong personal network of HNW / UHNW contacts in the GCC with the ability to open doors at the highest level.Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with cultural fluency in the GCC. Proficient in prospecting, account planning, and developing long-term partner relationships.Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to deliver results in a competitive luxury market.Passion for creating meaningful, personalized guest journeys aligned with the brand’s values.Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and group sales / RFP tools such as Delphi or Cvent.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with the ability to represent Aman credibly and professionally across cultures and markets.Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field; advanced sales training or certifications are preferred.Flexible and willing to travel up to 50% of the time across the GCC and internationally.This is a rare opportunity to join a globally renowned luxury hospitality company and shape our growth in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.
