Responsible for the provision of the following functions, with additional support from the Managed Services Provider as required :

Responsibilities

• Rack Space Management
• Data Center Air Conditioning and Cooling
• Data Center Power Supply / UPS Management
• Data Center Fire Fighting Equipment Management
• Integration with BMS (Building Management System) for alerts
• Datacenter Operations Administration
• Data Center Physical Security and Access Control
• Physical Server Hardware / Software Management and Support
