Jeddah, Saudi Arabia , which produces aluminum beverage cans. The position reports directly to the

Shift Supervisor . Job Responsibilities : Maintain the quality standards of products on all machines in your area, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal spoilage, while being responsible for the smooth operation of the production line. Maintain good standards of machine and plant housekeeping and adhere to all safety practices. Suggest improvements and work closely with management to enhance safety, output, and quality. Communicate daily with supervisors about potential problems and areas for improvement. Follow and uphold all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) instructions and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. About you : Applications are invited from professionals with a technical, mechanical, or production background, preferably with 0-2 years of experience in a similar position within a high-speed production environment. You should be enthusiastic, hardworking, a team player, flexible, committed to quality and continuous process improvement, and possess a safety-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work on different shifts and areas is required. Experience in beverage can manufacturing is an advantage. Proficiency in English at a medium level is expected.
