GoZahid . Responsibilities include : Providing superior customer service with strong sales skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and teamwork. Preparing quotations for flights, hotels, transfers, meeting rooms, tours, and related services. Supporting customers as a MICE expert on destinations’ hotels, tours, rentals, and travel-related products / experiences. Key Accountabilities : Handling all group inquiries (existing / new leads) accurately and promptly. Approaching new leads to generate business volume. Executing all MICE events to customer satisfaction and within budget. Updating bookings, passenger details, logistics, and notes in the system. Maintaining thorough and up-to-date records of bookings. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices. Coordinating proposals with destination reservation hubs. Achieving sales and conversion targets monthly / quarterly. Providing timely support to agents, suppliers, and clients. Resolving customer issues with appropriate measures. Adhering to standard operating procedures. Having good technical understanding of air tickets and groups. Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications : Minimum high school certificate; diploma or degree in Tourism, Travel, or Hospitality is an advantage. Professionalism and maturity to manage ground programs. Excellent domestic, regional, and international travel experience. Strong computer skills, especially MS Office and booking platforms. Fluency in English and Arabic. At least 5 years of experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or MICE industries.
