Water Operations Manager

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field). Minimum of

10 years of experience

in water operations and project management. Strong knowledge of water networks, pumping stations, and treatment plants (RO, STP, WTP). Proven ability to manage large-scale operations & maintenance contracts. Solid understanding of

HSE standards

and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of water supply and treatment facilities. Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules efficiently. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards. Lead and mentor operations teams to achieve performance targets. Liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
