Operations Manager

Overview Bachelor’s degree in

Chemical Engineering

or

Mechanical Engineering .

Minimum of

10 years of proven experience

in managing and operating projects within the Oil & Gas industry.

Strong background in

project execution, operations, and maintenance .

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Solid understanding of HSE standards and compliance requirements.

Strong communication and reporting skills (Arabic & English preferred).

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of Oil & Gas projects to ensure smooth execution.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Lead and mentor project teams to achieve operational excellence.

Act as the main point of contact with clients and stakeholders.

Report regularly on project progress, risks, and performance.
