Our Main Divisions

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Accountant within our real estate department. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly within the real estate sector.

Key Accountability Areas

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable : Process invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and handle vendor payments in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconcile accounts as needed.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting : Collaborate with senior accountants to assist in budget preparation and forecasting for real estate projects. Monitor budget performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • General Ledger Maintenance : Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and classified. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Real Estate Tax & VAT Compliance : Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities, including gathering financial data and supporting documentation for tax filings.

    • Role Accountability

  • Bachelor\'s or Diplomadegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-5years of experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Power Point).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
  • Working on SAP system.
