Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – SDA to lead and expand our Small Domestic Appliances business in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and enhancing our brand’s market presence through strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key clients across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market share growth for the SDA category in Saudi Arabia.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across retail, distribution, and e-commerce channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local distributors, retailers, and trade partners to ensure consistent product availability and visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust strategies and strengthen category performance.
- Develop and execute go-to-market and pricing strategies specific to the SDA segment and Saudi market dynamics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local promotional campaigns, brand activations, and seasonal offers.
- Negotiate and manage annual contracts, trading terms, and promotional agreements with key partners.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and inventory management in coordination with logistics and operations teams.
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication, after-sales support, and service quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and regional sales targets.
- Track and analyze sales performance and KPIs, preparing periodic reports and insights for senior management.
- Manage the annual sales budget and contribute to the overall business strategy and category planning.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the Small Domestic Appliances, Consumer Electronics, or FMCG sector.Currently based in Saudi Arabia with a strong understanding of the local SDA market, distribution network, and retail channels.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Proficiency in Arabic (mandatory) and English (required).Preferred Qualifications :
Experience managing regional sales operations within Saudi Arabia.Familiarity with sales performance tools.Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.Seniority level
