The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all documentation related to the Supply Chain department. The role ensures accurate record-keeping, version control, and timely distribution of documents, supporting project efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all supply chain documents, including purchase orders, contracts, shipping documents, and supplier correspondence.
- Ensure proper version control and tracking of all documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to collect and validate documents.
- Prepare and distribute reports and presentations related to supply chain documentation.
- Monitor compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in audits by providing accurate documentation and records.
- Maintain a structured filing system both electronically (SAP / ERP) and physically.
- Review and verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization.
- Support the team in preparing presentations and PowerPoint summaries for meetings.
- Track document flow and provide regular updates to management.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in document control or administrative support within supply chain or logistics.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).Seniority Level
