Overview

Elastic’s platform combines precision search with AI to help organizations deliver on the promise of AI while protecting private information. Elastic is seeking a security-focused Enterprise Account Executive to grow our security footprint within key strategic accounts across emerging markets (U.A.E, Israel, South Africa, Eastern Europe). This role is part of the enterprise sales team and focuses on maximizing value from the Elastic platform, with knowledge and capabilities around our SIEM and Endpoint solutions. This is a hunting role for those passionate about empowering companies through cutting-edge technology and unlocking the full potential of Elastic’s security portfolio. In This Role, You Will : Drive adoption of Elastic's security solutions within new Enterprise accounts and deepen engagement with existing Strategic accounts. Position yourself as a trusted advisor, helping users harness the full power of Elastic's SIEM and Endpoint products. Identify and develop new use cases showing how Elastic’s solutions enable users to work more efficiently and intelligently. Collaborate with Elastic business functions to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Proactively identify new business opportunities within customers and navigate complex sales cycles. Develop a comprehensive business plan leveraging community, customer, and partner ecosystems to drive growth in your territory. What You Bring : A proven track record in security sales, particularly in complex accounts, with quota attainment and strong customer references. Experience navigating cyber security teams within enterprise-sized organizations. Understanding and experience selling security solutions across cloud motions, including public cloud marketplaces with the three large hyperscalers. Ability to build relationships and credibility with developers and executives. Consistent and accurate sales forecasting skills using SFDC. Enthusiasm for the Open Source model and appreciation for the community relying on Elastic solutions. Prior experience selling into Enterprise accounts within the specified territory. Bonus Points : Experience selling within an Open Source model. Experience of Search, Observability, APM.
