We are seeking a talented corporate lawyer to join a leading international law firm’s Riyadh office . The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-profile corporate and M&A transactions , including cross-border deals, joint ventures, and complex corporate restructuring.

This is a unique opportunity to develop your career in corporate law in a dynamic and fast-growing market, working alongside a highly experienced team on strategically significant transactions in Saudi Arabia and the wider region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Advising clients on corporate and M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and reorganizations.
• Drafting and reviewing transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and related corporate documents.
• Supporting senior lawyers in negotiations and deal execution.
• Conducting legal research and providing practical commercial advice to clients.
