Job Title : Architect Location : Riyadh The architect is responsible for preparing and developing architectural designs in line with project requirements and approved standards. This role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient execution of designs. The architect also contributes to providing innovative design solutions and offers technical supervision throughout various project stages. Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings using engineering design software. Develop design concepts and translate them into executable architectural models. Coordinate work with structural engineers and other related disciplines. Review designs to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards (such as the Saudi Building Code). Prepare technical reports and project documentation. Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure work quality. Communicate with clients and participate in presentations and technical meetings. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Practical experience in design and supervision (preferably in consultancy firms). Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and others. Good knowledge of municipal regulations and architectural codes. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Job Features
