Job Role Profile :

As a Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support technology initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

• Infrastructure Design and Implementation : Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and resilient IT infrastructure solutions to support business operations and growth.
• System Administration : Manage and administer servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and other critical IT systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Monitoring and Optimization : Monitor system performance, conduct performance tuning, and implement optimization strategies to enhance infrastructure reliability and efficiency.
• Security and Compliance : Implement and maintain security measures and controls to protect infrastructure and systems from cybersecurity threats and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Incident Response and Troubleshooting : Respond to and resolve escalated technical issues and incidents, collaborating with internal teams and vendors as necessary to minimize downtime and impact on operations.
• Documentation and Training : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, diagrams, and procedures related to infrastructure and systems configurations. Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
