Marketing Manager (Quick Fixes)

JOB PURPOSE Leads the implementation and management of marketing policies by identifying, suggesting, and executing an annual plan for product promotion, pricing strategies, placement, and merchandising. Ensures all activities align with the company’s marketing policies and guidelines, and drive brand visibility and growth within the automotive sector.

Responsibilities Policy Development and Implementation Help develop procedures for an area of the organization and monitor their implementation.

Marketing Design, develop, and deliver the organization's marketing strategy.

Marketing Planning Develop and update the operational marketing plan to align the plan with business goals; contribute to the overall alignment of the marketing plan with the goals of the business.

Marketing Execution Develop and / or deliver a plan for significant aspects of a product, service, or marketing area under guidance from senior colleagues.

Pricing Strategy Contribute to the formation of a key element of the pricing strategy through specialist expertise and insights, to ensure that the strategy meets business needs.

Budgeting Track budgets and report variances to more senior colleagues.

Promoting Customer Focus Collaborate internally and work as the customer champion in cross‑functional teams to build strong external customer relationships.

Leadership and Direction Explain the local action plan, to support team members in their understanding of what needs to be done, and how this relates to the broader business plan and the organization's strategy, mission, and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level.

General Experience Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level. (Over 6 years to 10 years)

Managerial Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes (13 months to 3 years)
