About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing the company’s marketing strategy. You will lead marketing campaigns, evaluate performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and market growth. The position requires a strong marketing background, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company objectives. Manage day-to-day marketing operations and lead the marketing team to achieve performance goals. Oversee marketing budgets and ensure all activities are cost-effective and within approved limits. Collaborate with sales and PR teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies. Plan and manage digital marketing initiatives across social media, search engines, and email. Supervise external agencies and vendors to ensure quality and timely deliverables. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Develop creative and engaging marketing content consistent with the brand identity. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize future strategies. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing within the real estate or residential development sector. Proven experience in digital marketing and social media campaign management. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
