A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly-qualified and experienced Paralegal to join a market-leading global company based in Saudi Arabia. This lucrative position sits within their Project Development & Finance Practice area.The primary focus on the role is to support the performance of legal activities within a specifically assigned functional area, and assist their assigned attorneys in the performance of their duties.Applicants will have a good law degree from a leading University, and it is preferable that they have additional Paralegal Certification from a recognised National organisation. However, Arabic linguistic skills (although welcome) are not required for this role.Applicants will have a vast wealth of relevant Paralegal experience (5+ years), gained within Private Practice or in-house, with a focus on transactional work with respect to M&A, venture capital and / or joint venture transactions.
