Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of critical infrastructure projects including transportation, utilities, and technology systems, ensuring alignment with the overall master plan
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure infrastructure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and governmental entities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Work to identify innovative solutions and best practices in infrastructure delivery, fostering an environment of continuous improvement
• Develop and implement infrastructure policies and procedures, ensuring effective governance and risk management
• Engage with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise and support throughout the lifecycle of the infrastructure projects
