We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Associate Director to join our Infrastructure Advisory Practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in executing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects on behalf of the government, but can also be with the private sector.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage large-scale PPP projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
• Advise from strategy and business case preparations to commercial close and potentially beyond to contract delivery.
• Engage with the different government bodies, regulators, and the private sector to understand their requirements so that projects attract competition, are bankable, and generate Value for Money.
• Oversee the due diligence process, risk assessment, and financial structuring of PPP projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including legal, tax, and technical experts to ensure comprehensive project delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Represent the firm in high-level meetings and negotiations with key stakeholders.
