Lean is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the sales team of one of the most exciting fintechs at the heart of the fintech ecosystem in the Middle East. You’ll be responsible for finding and networking with suitable companies in order to generate leads for the sales team, playing a key role in further growing Lean's business in the KSA market. About the Job
As an SDR, you will be the engine of our sales team, responsible for generating qualified leads and setting appointments with potential customers. You will be the first point of contact for many prospects, and you will play a key role in making a great first impression of our company. Your success will be measured by the number of qualified leads you generate and the meetings you schedule with our sales team.
You’ll engage and qualify both inbound and outbound leads in order to create a pipeline that sets the Lean Sales team up for success. You’ll start prospects on their journey through the sales process, while learning the skills you’ll need to be successful in your own career journey.
This opportunity allows you to get exposure to a variety of industries and personas including senior decision-makers as you’ll lead the initial conversations. You’ll learn about your prospects' business challenges and determine whether there is a use case for Lean product offerings.
