Position Summary Implement KAPSARC’s Performance Management System by coordinating the end-to-end performance cycle, ensuring effective communication and timely completion across all functions.
Major Accountabilities
Performance Management
Support department heads in cascading KPIs into individual scorecards and assist managers in managing and monitoring performance within KAPSARC.
Plan and implement the employee performance management cycle and process, ensuring timely communication with employees and managers about steps and timelines.
Facilitate self-reflection and multi-rater feedback processes by providing guidelines and monitoring completion to ensure feedback is collected and shared with respective managers.
Conduct calibration and normalization sessions with Department Heads and Senior Management to ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment of results with KAPSARC’s actual performance.
Manage employee queries and resolve issues during the performance management process to ensure concerns are addressed effectively.
Collate annual appraisal ratings for talent review and rewards processes, ensuring alignment with all related teams and linking data to other talent management processes.
Develop and define system specifications and requirements for performance management, collaborating with the IT team to identify potential vendors for development.
Gather feedback from managers and employees about the process and suggest improvements to ensure it is fit for purpose.
High Potential Management
Facilitate assessments of employees at the junior to mid-management level (via managers or external vendors) and seek ongoing feedback on their performance.
Assist in rolling out high-potential programs and developmental opportunities for various talent pools, evaluating program effectiveness for continuous improvement.
Succession Planning
Collaborate with the senior management team to develop success profiles for each role and clearly articulate role requirements.
Assist vendors in conducting external assessments of nominated successors by providing relevant information and facilitating logistics.
Track the development of successors for critical roles and work with the Learning and Development team to provide appropriate development opportunities.
Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures
Provide input on designing and implementing policies, systems, and procedures to fulfill all relevant procedural and legislative requirements while delivering quality, cost-effective service.
Reporting
Analyze information and prepare reports and dashboards in a timely and accurate manner to meet requirements, policies, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience Recommended Qualifications and Years of Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with 4-7 years of experience.
Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with 2-5 years of experience.
