Responsible for applying accounting principles & procedures to analyze financial information, ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted procedures and principles. Preparation, management & support of Budget & forecasting activities and Cash budget preparation. Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports. Prepares financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and planned company financial position. Overseeing & accurate maintenance of records of Fund flow between branches for financial commitments. Financial Audit preparation and co-ordination in the audit process. Insurance related issues. Follow up A / R & A / P Accountants to coordinate with sales & purchasing departments. Adheres to internal and external deadlines. Responsible for holding manufacturing plant management accountable for accuracy and timeliness of inventory controls and cost controls. Lead, guide, and control the performance of different Accounts teams. Lead reengineering efforts as it relates to Accounts. Manage and supervise Accounts staff. Maintain key performance metrics and benchmarks relating for Accounts. Measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to senior management. Responsible for knowing critical functions within the department and capable of mentoring and assisting employees within the department. Utilize teamwork to develop departmental Integration. 4 years BS / BA degree Master Degree is a plus 6+ years of related to Budgeting in a manufacturing or similar environment Experience in the printing manufacturing is preferred Excellent team-building and project management skills Experience with defining Job technical requirements based on volume metrics, business requirements, and technology trends Familiar with the development, use, and implementation of Budgeting and forecasting sub systems Professional certifications in accounting is a plus Excellent accounting, finance, and audit skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent in management practice Work well as a team player Familiar with ERP system Proficiently in MS office applications Excellent negotiation & influencing skills Excellent analytical skill About The Company
