Mechanical Engineer for Electric Lifts

الوصف الوظيفيBS / MS degree in recognized field of specialization. Experience of five (5) years in the operation of elevators or types of services such as Mitsubishi or Otis or Express, and others. Holds a license from a certified specialist in the maintenance of elevators (Professional License).
He will be reporting to the Office of the Supervisor, KFUPM Affiliated Colleges at Hafr Al-Batin.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inspection and maintenance of all elevators periodically.
- Installation of machinery and mechanical parts and ensure the safety of operating conditions and control devices.
- Replacement of spare parts for elevators and control systems by simple and troubleshooting.
- Replacement and installation of metal cords periodically.
- Implementation of programs of preventive maintenance according to maintenance manual issued by the manufacturer.
- Screening and diagnosis of electrical faults and take remedial action necessary.
- Application of health and safety professionally.
