Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs and document as user stories, functional specs, and process flows.Process Design & Improvement : Optimize and automate business processes within ServiceNow; identify bottlenecks.Solution Implementation & Testing : Work with developers for correct implementation, provide configuration input, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Stakeholder Liaison : Act as primary contact between business users and technical teams.Training & Support : Create training materials, conduct sessions, and provide ongoing end-user support.Skills & Knowledge
ServiceNow Business Analyst experience (ITSM and CSM modules)(MUST HAVE)Strong knowledge of core ServiceNow modules : ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and CSMExcellent analytical, communication, and documentation skillsExperience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools
