We currently have an opportunity with us for the role of Head of Operations – Commercial - Freight Forwarding, to be based in Riyadh.

• Set up new entity
• Relationship with overseas agent / local airlines / shipping lines
• Rate negotiation
• Agency business
• Leading and developing freight operations team
• Team support and organization – direct involvement in process of quotations / tenders / operations
• End to end responsibility for all freight transactions
• Managing relationships with customers – a personal relationship with current exporters / importers, research for new opportunities, securing and growing new business locally
• Managing Air Freight, Sea Freight and Land Freight operations
• Responsible for Key Accounts Customer Service
• Retention of Customers
• Process Improvements
