Responsibilities :

• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested.
• Helping with offers and agreements.
• Attending sales meetings and taking minutes.
• Answering customer inquiries / calls while the team is out of the office.
• Maintaining customer profiles / data in Opera.
