Achieving Targets : Consistently achieve targets in coverage, sales, and numeric distribution.

Relationship Building : Drive project sales and dealer sales initiatives.

Collaboration : Work closely with the Head Office to manage priorities.

Performance Meetings : Conduct monthly sales meetings to report on sales progress, revenue planning, and receivables collection.

Reporting : Prepare plans and reports accurately and promptly.

Team Management : Adhere to and implement company rules, policies, and standards within the team.

Customer Development : Develop relationships with OEMs (Furniture manufacturers) and support distributors for small orders.

Networking : Maintain a strong network of architects, builders, contractors, and OEMs.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum B-Tech, MBA preferred.

Experience :

  • At least 8 years in Sales Management.
  • Experience in Building Materials, Furniture Fittings, or Architectural Hardware preferred.
  • Preferred :

  • Saudi / GCC driving license.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Riyadh.
  • Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong salesmanship skills to manage sales and distributors independently, ability to sell the brand, and increase market share. Must possess a strong drive, mindset of continuous improvement, be results-oriented and accountable. Skilled in sales and profit management with a sound understanding of financial metrics. Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
