Achieving Targets : Consistently achieve targets in coverage, sales, and numeric distribution.
Relationship Building : Drive project sales and dealer sales initiatives.
Collaboration : Work closely with the Head Office to manage priorities.
Performance Meetings : Conduct monthly sales meetings to report on sales progress, revenue planning, and receivables collection.
Reporting : Prepare plans and reports accurately and promptly.
Team Management : Adhere to and implement company rules, policies, and standards within the team.
Customer Development : Develop relationships with OEMs (Furniture manufacturers) and support distributors for small orders.
Networking : Maintain a strong network of architects, builders, contractors, and OEMs.

Strong salesmanship skills to manage sales and distributors independently, ability to sell the brand, and increase market share. Must possess a strong drive, mindset of continuous improvement, be results-oriented and accountable. Skilled in sales and profit management with a sound understanding of financial metrics.
