QA / QC Manager

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA / QC Manager to join our team. The QA / QC Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products and services meet our strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of materials and products used in the construction process
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify and resolve quality issues
• Train and supervise quality control inspectors and other relevant staff
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including reports and records
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to continuously improve the quality control process
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of materials and products
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their quality expectations and address any concerns
• Participate in project meetings to provide quality control updates and recommendations
• Investigate and analyze quality control data to identify areas for improvement
