Our client is one of the largest construction companies in Saudi Arabia and has signed a partnership agreement with a Turkish company, forming a Joint Venture. This Joint Venture is recognized as one of the leading organizations in the construction sector and is involved in prestigious, large-scale infrastructure projects. For their operations within the NEOM Project in Saudi Arabia, we are looking to hire for the following position :

Senior QA / QC Engineer –Saudi Arabia

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring and implementation of QMS Procedures, PQP, ITP & method statements and reporting deviations from management system / contractual requirements of the projects.
• Having a QA / QC experience in one of following activities : NATM Tunnels, TBM Tunnels, Excavation and support works especially in prestressed anchor works.
• Ensure required inspections and tests are performed per project and statutory regulations, with proper records maintained.
• Coordinate quality activities with subcontractors, third parties, and client representatives, including witness inspections per approved ITPs.
• Ensure timely close-out of snags / punch-points and monitor the status of inspection and test reports.
• Conduct and review material receiving inspections and in-process / final product inspections as per standards and client requirements.
• Verify tools, equipment, and materials meet project quality standards and that personnel are properly trained.
• Identify non-calibrated equipment and coordinate with subcontractor QC for timely calibration.
• Detect and report nonconformities in materials, processes, or procedures.
• To have all the duties, powers and responsibilities of subordinates at the same time.
• Adhere to occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, JV (Joint Venture) procedures, and Saudi laws, even if not explicitly stated in the job description.
