Overview Manzili (manzili.sa) is a fast-moving real‑estate immersive‑tech company working with mid to large real estate developers across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. We help developers sell and lease projects faster through 3D virtual tours, digital twins, interactive sales tools, and high‑quality visual production.
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to handle outbound calling, cold outreach, and daily prospecting to book qualified meetings with real estate developers and property managers.
What You Will Do
Make 80 outbound calls per day to real estate companies (office lines + mobiles).
Book at least 2 qualified meetings per day with prospects.
Update and maintain our CRM after every call.
Send follow‑up emails and prepare simple outreach scripts when needed.
Work remotely from anywhere in Saudi Arabia (full‑time, 9am–5pm).
Represent Manzili professionally in both Arabic and English.
Who We’re Looking For
1–2 years experience in sales, customer service, or outbound calling.
Strong phone communication in Arabic + basic English.
Motivated, friendly, and comfortable making cold calls.
Tech‑savvy (Google Workspace, simple CRM, email, smartphone apps).
Fast learner who can understand our ICP and follow our outreach process.
Organized and consistent with daily activity targets.
Compensation 5,000 SAR monthly total package + 3% commission on all closed sales you contribute to
