Role Purpose

To create integrated BIM models, prepare Architectural drawings, steel shop drawings, and coordinate with teams and subcontractors to support design, detailing and construction processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop BIM models , shop drawings , and fabrication / erection drawings for steel structures.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery.
• Quantify and prepare BOQs , reports, and as-built documentation according to project standards.
• Implement design modifications, update drawings, and maintain document control records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, applying international best practices in design and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
