BIM Modeler / BIM Specialist

الوصف الوظيفيProficient in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.). Strong understanding of 3D modeling and clash detection. Knowledge of cloud collaboration platforms like BIM 360 or Trimble Connect. Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings. Experience with construction documentation and project delivery methods. Knowledge of parametric modeling and families creation. Proficient in AutoCAD as half of the work needs to be done separately on it. Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably in Mechanical and electrical engineering or construction. Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Familiarity with coordination workflows and clash detection processes. Experience in implementing BIM standards and protocols. Knowledge of programming or scripting languages like Dynamo or Python for automation in BIM processes (optional). Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering (optional).
