About The Role Monks is seeking an Account Manager who will be embedded in our client office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a digital‑savvy, go‑getter leader who manages business accounts and leads team members at the intersection of creativity, social, and content production.

Responsibilities

Work as part of an embedded team, wearing multiple hats in a long‑term creative and social media partnership for our client.

Build strong relationships and deliver award‑winning work for our passionate clients.

Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring the work produced exceeds client expectations.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking strategy, creative and production of their creative and social media and digital briefs.

Collaborate with clients on creative and social media streams, content production, and data & ad‑hoc projects, proposing transformational solutions and driving growth.

Deliver on monthly and annual targets, helping to grow accounts into long‑term success.

Act as a strategic partner, understanding client brand and business inside out, developing a roadmap for continued success.

Work closely with the Account Director to orchestrate the pipeline from inception to final delivery.

Safeguard client relationships and revenue, enabling business planning and development to hit targets and KPIs, identifying new assignment opportunities.

Support account planning, monitoring, and management for the account.

About You You bring the following essentials :

Experience managing large‑scale social media, digital, and creative projects.

Experience working in KSA.

Strong communication and documentation skills, identifying gaps and leading by example.

A passion for social media and staying current with trends and industry knowledge.

Experience in social media asset management.

People‑oriented, positive attitude, ability to organize and influence people within and outside the organization.

Demonstrated industry knowledge applied to business challenges, and sharing insights with the team and client.
