About the Role
Are you a strategic and analytical digital marketer with a passion for driving bookings, optimizing partnerships, and leading high‑performance campaigns?
- Drive online revenue growth through RX relationships with metasearch engines and affiliate partners.
- Develop and execute performance‑driven strategies that enhance visibility, convert traffic, and maximize ROI across all digital booking channels.
- Oversee RX’s presence on key metasearch platforms such as Google Flights, Skyscanner, and Kayak, managing day‑to‑day relationships, contract negotiations, and campaign optimizations.
- Lead the design and management of the airline’s affiliate marketing program, partnering with affiliate networks such as CJ Affiliate and Awin to onboard partners, define commission models, and ensure measurable results.
- Collaborate closely with Pricing, Revenue Management, IT, and Digital teams to align strategies, ensure accurate pricing and seamless technical integrations, and track performance of each initiative.
- Use analytics tools and A / B testing to evaluate ROI, optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency, and identify new opportunities to expand digital reach through emerging platforms.

About You
Degree qualified, with a minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience focused on metasearch and affiliate partnerships.Hands‑on experience managing metasearch campaigns across platforms such as Google Flights, Skyscanner, and Kayak, and affiliate programs through major networks like CJ Affiliate and Awin.Understanding of pricing dynamics, yield management, and revenue optimization, and ability to leverage expertise to drive performance across booking funnels.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and digital tracking technologies, with strong analytical and data visualization skills.Experience using Google Tag Manager, pixel tracking, and advanced Excel is essential.This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel.
