General Description of Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement processes related to document management and control.
- Check quality of documents.
- Set up project folder / filling systems.
- Monitor process.
- Prepare logs.
- Monitor logs for actions and responses.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure documentation is in order.
- Ensuring that company policies and regulations regarding document control are being met.
- Implement stringent security measures to protect confidential information, including access controls, encryption, and data loss prevention strategies.
- Ensure the timely and accurate distribution of documents to authorized personnel.
- Analyze organizational document workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager / supervisor.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
Bachelor's degree in information management or a related field from accredited university.With 7+ years of experience document / information management, including previous experience.Technical knowledge of document and content management systems and standard data management applications.A systematic and analytical approach to work and the ability to analyze and solve problems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well as excellent presentation skills.Work experience on a practical scale.Additional Information
