About The Role Are you passionate about ensuring aircraft safety and operational readiness through expert structural maintenance and composite repair? The role involves conducting inspections, performing routine maintenance, and executing necessary repairs to keep aircraft at optimal condition, while maintaining accurate maintenance records and complying with GACA regulations, company policies, and E’M procedures.
You will conduct comprehensive inspections of aircraft systems and structures, perform routine maintenance checks to minimize downtime and enhance reliability, and execute structural repairs and replace faulty components to extend service life. You will collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems, implement effective solutions to improve system performance, maintain up-to-date records, and ensure compliance with safety standards and industry best practices. You will also coach and train new technical staff, fostering skill development, utilizing Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs) to assess damage, determine allowable limits, and identify appropriate repair procedures.

About You Diploma or degree in aviation management, engineering, or a related field with a valid GACA / FAA / EASA or other CAA Aircraft Maintenance License. 8+ years of experience in an aircraft maintenance environment, including at least 5 years maintaining aircraft composites and structures. Strong knowledge of Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs), experience evaluating damage on composite aircraft structures including Boeing 787. Proficiency in wet lay‑up and prepreg composite repairs in accordance with SRM, use of hot bonders for composite curing and bonded repairs, analytical thinking, and investigative skills.
Additional desirable experience : Boeing 787 Composite Repair certification, familiarity with aviation regulations and industry standards, team collaboration and coaching experience, and appropriate police security clearance.
