Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Structural Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Structural Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and integrity of buildings and structures throughout the region.

• Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, bridges, and other structures to assess their structural integrity and compliance with local and international building codes
• Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure construction adheres to approved plans
• Perform on-site inspections during various stages of construction to verify proper implementation of structural elements
• Identify structural deficiencies and recommend appropriate corrective actions
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation of findings
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to address structural issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
• Utilize structural analysis software to assess complex structural systems
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior inspectors and team members
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local construction practices
