Job Purpose To contribute to the design and delivery of organization development strategies and the management of change in support of the organization’s strategic and operational plans.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Provides leadership and supervision for the Section of Organizational Development (OD).
Develop and manage the annual operational plan of organization Development section.
Analyzing the organizational structures to identify areas for improvement based on needs.
Leads short- and long-range development strategy to improve the organizational capabilities.
Outlines the improvement strategies to increase the productivity and optimize the efficiency
Provide direction and guidance for OD team in tracking & solving organizational issues.
Overcome challenges with OD intervention and taking the full responsibility for action.
Exploring the development opportunities to optimize organizational potential and growth.
Assist in analyzing the achieved results and generate the related reports.
Ensures familiarity and compliance with all KAAUH policies and processes.
Manages the individual development plan of OD staff and monitor their progress level.
Report the findings and recommendations to Health Affairs Advisory Board to get their direction and support if needed.
Performs other job related duties, as assigned.
