الوصف الوظيفيSupport the Restaurant Manager in recruiting, training, and supervising FOH staff to ensure a well-prepared team. Assist with shift scheduling to maximize efficiency and minimize labor costs. Encourage and motivate the FOH team, providing regular feedback to foster a high-performance culture. Provide a personalized dining experience by proactively meeting guests’ needs and addressing service issues with discretion and professionalism. Build rapport with regular and VIP guests to cultivate a loyal customer base. Participate in staff service training to maintain a consistently high level of service quality. Contribute to managing financial responsibilities by participating in budget discussions and suggesting cost-control measures. Assist in inventory checks to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained without unnecessary waste. Aid in establishing strong vendor relations to secure quality supplies while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Support the Restaurant Manager in organizing and executing special events and promotional activities. Engage with the local community to encourage event participation and increase brand awareness. Support a secure environment for both staff and guests by assisting with handling emergencies in accordance with established safety procedures. Proven experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Waiter, or in a similar role at upscale dining establishments. Familiarity with fine-dining or fine-casual restaurant operations is essential. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required. A passion for service excellence and a keen eye for detail are key qualities. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software is necessary. A good command of English is required, with knowledge of Arabic being beneficial. Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and professional Head Waiter to join our fine-casual dining restaurant in Saudi Arabia. The Head Waiter will play a key role in supporting the Restaurant Manager by ensuring high-quality service and managing the front-of-house (FOH) team during service hours. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining efficient communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of restaurant operations, exhibit excellent leadership skills, and be committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
