We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Present menus to guests and make recommendations based on their preferences
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
• Serve food and drinks to guests with proper etiquette
• Ensure that all orders are delivered promptly and accurately
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
• Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary
• Assist with setting up tables, cleaning tables, and general restaurant maintenance
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and beverage options
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service
