Welcome clients, manage inquiries, and coordinate services while maintaining a luxury brand image; requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Support event coordination and management as a Back-Office Assistant, requiring strong organizational skills and confident communication in English and Arabic. Assist Front Office team with guest services, manage VIP procedures, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain confidentiality while speaking Arabic and English. Assist patients upon arrival, manage appointments, and provide high-quality guest service; requires hospitality experience and excellent English communication skills. Provide administrative support, manage schedules, maintain documentation, and facilitate communication while possessing strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
