You will collaborate closely with the Head Chef to innovate and elevate our menu, delivering unforgettable dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise the sushi kitchen team to maintain consistency and exceptional quality.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of all sushi and Japanese dishes.
• Develop new recipes and menu ideas in collaboration with the culinary leadership.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior chefs, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory, suppliers, and cost controls effectively.
