Head of Risk Management FUNCTION :

Management of Operations Risk PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Develop and maintain an overall operational risk policy that is in line with the overall bank's risk and strategic policies. Develop and oversee operational risk management for products, processes, and systems (both soft and hardware). Identify areas of weaknesses in policies, procedures, and built-in controls and mitigants and recommend improvements. Interact with business units in better understanding the risks and controls and how to manage the same in their daily work. Job Specification

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting + professional degrees, preferably in risk, audit (external or internal), IT control, fraud examination. 5+ years of experience in risk management and operations. Excellent experience in risk identification, assessment, and management at corporate and business unit levels. In addition, good experience in internal controls identification, design, and implementation. Very good understanding of the Basel II accord. Project management knowledge and skills. Understanding of financial reporting and corporate governance. Excellent communication, team leading skills, and constructive thinking. Ability in treating managerial issues. Strong knowledge of stochastic processes including Monte Carlo analysis of interest rates and other indices. Compensation Package
