Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Overview

The Cybersecurity Operations Manager oversees the 24×7 Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring robust monitoring, detection, and response to cyber threats. The role aligns with regional cybersecurity governance and drives compliance with Saudi NCA regulations, ISO 27001, and other standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SOC operations, ensuring effective incident detection, response, and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with Saudi NCA ECC / CCC and other regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and risk governance.
• Approve security architecture decisions and align solutions with zero-trust principles.
• Develop team talent through training, mentorship, and certification paths (e.g., CISSP, GCIH).
• Report operational metrics (MTTD, MTTR) and risks to senior leadership.
