Senior Legal Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Legal Senior Manager with a minimum of 6+ years of legal experience. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing legal risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing expert legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and operational matters. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can work cross‑functionally with various teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory & Compliance : Provide legal guidance on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters. Ensure the company adheres to local, national, and international laws.
• Contract Management : Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents to minimize risk and protect the company’s interests.
• Regulatory & Risk Management : Identify legal risks and propose strategies to mitigate them. Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance.
• Corporate Governance : Support board and executive management with legal oversight on corporate governance matters, policies, and procedures.
• Dispute Resolution & Litigation : Manage legal disputes, liaise with external counsel, and represent the company in negotiations, arbitration, and litigation if necessary.
• Stakeholder Management : Work closely with business units, government authorities, and external counsel to address legal concerns and align with business objectives.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and provide guidance to junior legal staff, fostering a high‑performing legal team.
