Oracle Application Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Application Support Engineer to join our IT team!

If you have expertise in Oracle Forms, SQL / PLSQL, and supporting mission-critical applications, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5–7 years of experience in Oracle Application Support
• 3–5 years of experience in Oracle Forms
• Strong knowledge of Forms and Reports configuration
• Proficient in Oracle SQL and PLSQL, including writing procedures, functions, and triggers
• Familiarity with Oracle database design, coding, and documentation
• Experience in high availability and mission-critical environments
• Knowledge of database backup, recovery systems, auditing, and journaling
• Understanding of DB objects, performance tuning, and query optimization
• Experience deploying objects and integrating via Web Services / EJB, preferably on WebLogic
• Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident and Problem Management
• Ability to implement service requests and test new releases in operational and production environments
