الوصف الوظيفيLead and manage a team of business analysts to ensure the successful delivery of projects and alignment with business objectives. Coordinate and oversee the analysis of business requirements and processes, ensuring quality and consistency across the team. Develop and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards for business analysis within the organization. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the analysis team to ensure clear understanding of project goals and deliverables. Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support the professional development of team members. Act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, addressing issues and ensuring effective collaboration. Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and process maps. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities to ensure successful project execution. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in business analysis and lead efforts to implement relevant practices in the team. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a team lead or management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Confluence.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in business analysis or project management (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP) are a plus.
